When can I check in and how do I get the key?
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. The key is in a key box at the house. You will receive the code and directions by message before you arrive.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, one dog is welcome in each apartment, free of charge. Please let us know when booking that your dog is coming along.
Is there parking?
Yes, each apartment has a free parking space right at the house.
Where can I keep my bike?
Idylle der Wetterau has a garden shed for bikes. If you are staying in Perle, just get in touch with us.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Perle has a cot, high chair, children's tableware and games; Idylle has two cots, a safety gate, board games and puzzles.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are always included. Shampoo and soap are provided too.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival and for no-shows, the full price of the booking is charged. You will also find the binding terms in the booking form and in our rental terms.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online in the booking form by credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
We are more than six people. Is that possible?
Yes. Book both apartments for the same dates and up to 12 people can stay. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Why book direct instead of via a platform?
When you book direct there are no booking-platform service fees, and you are in direct contact with your host from the start.
Is smoking allowed?
No, both apartments are non-smoking.
