Rental terms

This is a translation. The legally binding version is the German Mietbedingungen.

1. Conclusion of contract

The rental contract is concluded when the booking is completed in the booking form and confirmed by email.

2. Prices & payment

The total prices shown in the booking form apply. Final cleaning is included in the nightly rate. An extra charge applies from the 3rd guest and is shown in the booking form. Payment by credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival and for no-shows, the full price of the booking is charged. Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email).

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3 pm via key box, check-out by 11 am.

5. Occupancy

Each apartment may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.

6. Pets

One dog per apartment is allowed, free of charge. The dog must be stated when booking. Guests are liable for any damage caused by the animal.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
