This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit this website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) are processed in server log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

Fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is made.

Booking system Smoobu

The availability calendar and booking form are provided by Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin) and only load after you click “load” or “show”. Your IP address and the data you enter are then transferred to Smoobu (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin) or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.

Contact form

The details you enter in the contact form are processed on our web server and forwarded to us by email. We use them only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Google Maps

No map is embedded. The “Open route in Google Maps” link takes you to Google's website, where Google's privacy policy applies.

Browser storage

If you choose “Remember for this visit”, this setting is stored only for the current session in your browser (sessionStorage). No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Hesse: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
